Description of the first incident + evidence:
Killed a marine in Sulaco Armory. There was no escalation. In fact, in this round he not once used the SAY verb.

There were two people involved in this incident:
Rowdy Rod Piper and Alec Power. The incident took place in Sulaco's armory.
Rowdy Rod Piper was a newbie who had just logged in four minutes [20:09:19] before it happened. He was probably confused and trying to find his way around. It's likely that he saw Sulaco's armory open and decided to grab guns - something I myself did on my first run.
Rowdy Rod Piper and Alec Power. The incident took place in Sulaco's armory.
Rowdy Rod Piper was a newbie who had just logged in four minutes [20:09:19] before it happened. He was probably confused and trying to find his way around. It's likely that he saw Sulaco's armory open and decided to grab guns - something I myself did on my first run.
- Rowdy was standing next to a ColMarTech (that machine that spits out guns), probably arming up.
- At 20:13:38, Alec Power fires the first round. Checking the coordinates in attack the logs (available below), we can see that Alec hit Rowdy 12 times in quick succession before Rowdy even began moving.
- Rowdy makes a dash to armory's exit, and is hit 8 more times by Rowdy. Sadly, Alec was probably blocking the way: Rod gets back inside armory. Rowdy hits Alec Power twice with a riot shield and then probably collapses.
- There is an interval of 12 seconds - in which it is likely that Alec was reloading - until Alec starts firing again. Rowdy is shot 30 more times by Alec; this time Rowdy moves very slowly and further inside armory, and I believe he was unconscious and being dragged by Alec.
- There is a pause: Alec is out of ammo. Alec grabs a shotgun, hits Rowdy three times on melee and then stops: Alec probably didn't know how to pump the shotgun.
- Alec grabs another weapon then fires four more times at Rowdy before logging out at 20:15:19.

Round ended at 20:58:58; At 20:59:17 - 20 seconds after round end - alec fired seven times at Nebby Stone. The incident took place in Xenobiology, at the Xenobiology Internal Airlock. He immediately logs out after his final round is fired. I believe he only stopped firing because he client crashed.

The player has no previous history on the server. These are his first records as a player. This player has NEVER used the SAY verb nor any sort of EMOTE. He NEVER fired at an alien. He simply came in and killed a marine, logged out, came back, and shot another marine before finally logging out.
How you would punish the accused:
This guy showed absolutely not communication nor roleplay - he simply went around fucking with people. I would like to personally administer a 24-h ban after an in-game conversation.
