1. You have 2 votes, and may not change your votes after they are submitted.
2. The Top 5 ranked, will goto the FINAL VOTE.
3. If you win, you will receive a PM over the forum notifying you. You will have 30 days to claim your prize.
4. This contest is a SECRET SUBMISSION CONTEST. Meaning, if your name is linked to a specific entry, you will become unable to win a prize. So don't tell people which submission is yours
5. I will be monitoring the voting for spambots/cheaters. Votes from low-post count accounts less than 60 days old will be ignored if they are excessive.
6. Promoting your entry, or another entry, is grounds for forfeiture of prize.
7. Last round, there was a tie in the second thread, it was resolved with a staff vote.
