Reason: Had a note that he was on probation for shittery in the past, then he went and caused an unauthorized mutiny after being arrested, which effectively got many players killed/shot. He was fueling the mutiny the entire time, well aware of the chaos, and was banned for intentionally being the spearhead of it all.
