Well he's definitely guilty of multikeying. Unless someone messed the ban up. This is actually quite confusing. You see, he was banned at [13:40:15] on October 28th for 10080 minutes, but he got on 7 hours later at [00:14:25] Oct 29. He used a different IP, but used the same Ckey: Ardiet.

I can't find his name in the "Unban" panel (which makes sense since it would have expired by now), but I also can't find anyone unbanning him between [13:40:15] Oct 28 and [00:14:25] Oct 29. So how was he able to log on with the same CKey? What probably blatant thing am I missing here?
