Reason:
ERPed in the middle of combat, claimed that he didn't know that ERP was a rule and claimed it must have changed since the last time he played. Even though, to my knowledge, we have always had an ERP rule.

"Faps" is not ERP...

Think about it this way. We are a Med-RP server correct? wouldn't it be quite low RP if we let by stuff like "faps"? If we don't punish this guy, soon It'll catch on that we don't enforce the ERP rules to the extent expected. We have permaed other people for stuff like "Jacks off" or "faps" so why should he get off? That's just my opinion on this

So, I've had a guy permad for using fap as a very before. But this guy was doing "fapfapfapfapfapfapfap".

This guy did it a single time. Is it an RP break? Oh hell yeah. Is it ERP? Arguable. I'd say in this case the whole situation was relatively innocuous.
Guy doesn't need to be permad. In fact, you probably coulda gotten away with a solid knock it off and an explanation of our medium RP rules.

Apop, while it is a very minor thing to perma ban somebody over, the rule does state a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY. While I know there is a little gray area in between, like Casany said the server is supposed to be Med-RP. I know you told us to stop being so harsh in regards to handing out bans, especially a perma, but he broke RP, edged the ERP rule, did not read the rules, and has done some of the same stuff on a much smaller scale that others have been approved for permas for. While he did on much smaller scale and didn't do something like spamming it, if we allow a small thing like this on one of the rules that we specifically put in big letters and say we have a "ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY" for where do we draw a line in regards to Med-RP? Just my opinion.
