Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary):remove the spec role and vendors from the sulaco and delete SADARs from the code

Benefits (How this will benefit the server and game as a whole):
-less salt
-if aliens lose hugger combat you little shits lose your insta-kill tube
-fuck you
-no more arguing over which Spec class is better when they don't exist
-sniper buff
-no more salt over the RNG not choosing you as a Spec
-Specs can no longer get cocky and Rambo and die.
-Encourages teamwork
-fuck you marines.

Details (Description of how you think this would work, the benefits, etc): remove the insta-kill tube and Anti-FF machine. FF is the alien's main weapon and I refuse to allow it to be nerfed. I identify as a Xeno and when my race is triggered and is getting slaughtered on this senseless crusade, we just tried to peacefully make a colony like the hoomans do and we got shot and thrown over the space mexican wall by Space WY Trump.

Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it): use the Dev Monkies in the Dev Cave.

-1 So much for the movies. Let's take out a actual character based position that was in the movies. Yeah I know Col Marines doesn't bind itself to cinemas version. But what is this game if it doesn't keep some of it. At least argue the Sadar not the whole class. I don't think Sadar should be removed cause I can list a lot of Xeno instakill methods. I can only name Sadar as a instakill for Marines. Everything else requires large amounts of team work which can be nigh impossible when everyone's running around with there heads cut off. You can guess what cut there heads off.
