He's like the 70 year old man who has his cap on backwards wearing his cargo shorts, nikeys, sunglasses and ty-dyed t-shirt holding his skateboard under one of his arms and with his free hand doing the phone/radical gesture with his free hand and walking up to the teenagers at the park and saying "What's up my fellow dudes?". Then when they tell him to fuck off and call him a faggot and leave on their hoverboards, he gets mad about how the old times were better and storms off.

Now imagine that in terms of CM, he's that guy.
