I think I finally understand! Noah shitposts because he has consumed too much mercury from the tuna and is now insane. It makes so much sense!

Canned tuna is fucking bad, raw tuna like on fucking sushi and rolls are 100% fucking 10/10

Tofu is fucking great too, but it shouldn't ever be a subsistute for meat.

Sardines are where its at bruh. Almost no bio-accumulation because its crazy low on the food chain and its high fat:protien ratios give you those sweet macros. Just dont buy that cheap shit. Also, sustainable as fuck so sardines for days.
