Give the cripples in wheelchairs the ability to traverse ladders. Also make it punishable in marine law to disrespect crippled marines

Would help promote equal rights for the disabled. Since the marine team already suffers from extreme mental disabilities it would make sense to represent the physically crippled as well.

It would work by adding in accessibility to the crippled, hereby referred to as the crips.

add a wheelchair lift at the front of the hanger. you need to use this as a wheelchair user to traverse the levels. this takes 1 minute each way.

Designated wheelchair spaces in the DS and and they have to use the rear ramp. Handicap fast passes for the RO line. In order to qualify for these benefits you need to get a physical from the medical staff and have a handicap marker.

i wonder, if marines who start off wih the physically disabled debuff, do they get a trade off and lose the mentally disabled debuff?

tbh I'd actually like the ability to spawn as a crew member that needs to use a wheelchair.
