Considering you're guarding some monster creatures with super powers yea, they HAVE to be super professional security forces. If you played SCP there is a scene which after you cross the jungle area door, the most professional military forces (kinda like UPP) caught Billy, god damn Billy, and the REAL billy in the SCP foundation is a fucking 20 feet tall madafaka who eats electricity and will fuck your shit up even if you look at him. Exactly the opposite from the game, but I guess they had to make the game winnable.
