Apparently, it was Crushers crushing walls on the underground layer that they shouldn't have been crushing.

You should have seen the crew monitoring console, affected marines took 400-600 brute damage before they died from the overpressure and two out of three marines were dead this way. All of Bravo dead within minutes of deployment, same with Alpha.

Yeah. The atmos system is real messed up. Over pressure, on other servers, occurs because there's too much heat in the area, lowered pressure is the result of air being cooled
