My marching band

So if you don't know, i'm a junior in marching band at my high-school.

I'm not gonna be dumb here and say my high-school's name, because then you'll pin-point me if you try for 2 minutes on the internet, but I like my band so here is what I AM going to say.


We went to marching competition a few weeks ago, and another a few weeks before that.

At the first one we got I's across the board, this was just a march-in, and stand-still, but still ... WOO HOO.

Second one was not our proudest moment ... We got a 79.3 on the field ... uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu, and a I, and 2 II's.

The third one, which was the BEST performance we had EVER had, was AWWWWEEEESOME, we got I ratings across the board, got the best DM award, AND the best Drum-line award.

Being drum major is either the greatest thing ever or the worst, usually depends on who your seniors are. If you respect most of your same grade classmates and they like you, go for it.

All we had was the standard vandalism and hooliganism after class. That and drinking at night in some street. Third world problems.

playing drums in band was fun, then a retard brass player played on the drums when we had a substitute and drove the stick through the drum. i dropped out of the class after that, it was literally like a class full of marine baldies.
