Baldie Of the Year

As 2017 comes to a near close, there is one question I've been asking myself. Who deserves to be baldie of the year? When I say that, I mean someone so fundamentally Bald that even the Admins themselves cringe at the thought of said person. If you are actually willing to vote for this question, you just have to state the name of the person, and give a good reason as to why they deserve your vote for being the Baldie of the year. Aoi Bell is disqualified do to being Bell.
