I drink both. In general I prefer hot coffee and cold tea.

I don't like coffee in general, the taste sucks and I have no need for caffeine. Tea has a better taste and is often better for you [herb teas].

So is coffee, coffee is proven to help prevent cardiovascular disease and help stop saturated fats in your arteries and veins. Also, it speeds up brain function
