Question for the CM community
I'm not big on RP but I enjoy it because of how people get into their roles and help immerse yourself into the experience. Are there any of you out there that feel the same?

Soooooo you like people who fuck about and act like overgrown children when someone with bars isn't looking?Heckenshutze wrote: ↑05 Jan 2018, 22:38I enjoy players that RP like, actual marines. Courage, duty, honor

Yeah. I do prefer that instead of acting like retards IN FRONT of someone with bars.

Re: Question for the CM community
Personally, RP is the only reason I play. Gameplay is all fine and dandy, but I don't really care about it all that much. Us marines could be losing 100% of the time and getting completely stomped, but as long as the RP is fun, I wouldn't really care.
I play Eobard "Coffee" Almasy, an apathetic deltard who is addicted to coffee and sarcasm.

Re: Question for the CM community
I try and RP a bit, but there isn't much room for xeno RP, so, when I get to do it, it's just spooking some survivors until they buckshot my ass or memes in the hivemind.
though I don't play marines most of the time, I think it's kinda hard getting into RP on their side
I don't know, maybe I'm just bad at it.

Re: Question for the CM community
i agree with hauntmachine, i cant remember a round that i lost and was sincerely mad that i lost. cm is all about the rp or the marine squad bonds made, winning is more of a secondary benefit
