The point is, Xeno larva inherits the abilities of its previous host, in order for a xeno to even have a chance to meow it needs to burst from a cat, which is impossibru. dont even need Feweh to stop this, just hit em up with muh lore.

Cats are too cute for bursting so intead of that they have to mimic the cats and their smarts.
