Description of the incident: So, I was a mature spitter on LV, The pop was low so we had to act carefully, the fog was down and we got pushed out of tablefort pretty fast. I got stuck at this very stretch entrance to the cave i call ''The murdertube'' which is a spot i use for capturing marines and such. So. I was poking out of it to bait any human stupid enough to think going in gunsblazing was a good idea, I was about to hit elite when John rushed in (He knew i was about to hit elite, Fucking metagaming i tell you), I readied up in order to bathe myself in the glory of that one sweet, sweet easy capture. Shotguns have never been a problem to me since i'm a spitter and most marines are super slow to react, when i tried to ambush him from a corner, He INSTANTLY shot me with his shotgun pointblank (Powergaming you see here), instacritting me, And then finishing me off bashing me with the shotgun. He totally raped me there, In a server that punishes ERP with no tollerance at all. Then he procceeded to pull my poor raped corpse out of the murdertube as everyone near him started to clap, applauding how he mercilessly fucked me with that shotgun, one of them even said ''Impressive as always, Murry'' (Metabuddying). I told him on Dchat i was going to report him and he just laughed at my face.

How you would punish the accused: Jobbanning him from any non civilian job and completely removing his ability to use any shotguns.

I can attest for the truth of Murry’s Powergaming. Whenever an all helmet order is given I have witnessed the accused literally HIDE in a locker until briefing is done. He metagames the incompetence of the MP team and powergames the fact they can’t hear him breathing within the locker.

The staff team needs to put an immediate stop to his shenanigans. An example must be made.
