He is a reasonable person who simply had several auto-correct issues. I believe he should whitelist for Commander ASAP.

Forum rules for permabans state that they are the lowest priority to be lifted. Appealing a permaban suggests that you are willing to put in the time needed for it to be investigated, and that you will cooperate with staff. A good way to have a permaban for bad behavior be lifted is to play another server with good behavior so the admins have some proof that the person has changed their attitude. Igorau's behavior in his appeals cemented the fact that he shouldn't have it lifted by showing that his attitude has only become worse. Threatening the staff to bump your appeal is probably the worst thing you can do.

no actually the other server said he got permabanned in one of his account,but he said he changed his behaviour and now he is a good player,but the other server`s admin didn`t stated the time because it was almost 5 months ago,so apophis and other simply ignored him without no more words,and also i think 5 months is enough to change a behaviour isn`t it?

Permabans take a LONG time to be resolved. Months. He was an abuser, griefer and multikeyers and deserves permaban from the WHOLE INTERNET.
