The Expanse is a political action thriller that has been on TV for close to three years now, Spawned from the book Leviathan Wakes and its sucessors in the series, The Expanse truly is one of the best shows on television revolving around a Solar system on the brink of war in the near future. Without spoiling too much, it is a MUST WATCH. Sadly despite having 100% ratings from critics and fans alike this season (A hard thing to come by in this day and age.) SYFY the network distributing it has decided to cancel it. I for one am surprised that nothing has been said about it here, despite the fact that we are playing spessman marines.
Regardless the production company that owns the rights, Alcon Entertainment wishes to save the series, so I urge you, fan or no fan to take a look at this petition and give it a sign. Its netted almost 100,000 signatures in the past few days and talks between amazon and Alcon are rumored, but every little thing helps.
