It has now reached a point where I am just very tired, so I have a few things to announce. The first thing I will announce is what I will do should this harassing behavior continue. First off, if he does run his own CM, the first thing I will do is send a DMCA. Then I'll be contacting the Fox attorney who we are on good terms with and inform him of this new server that is not attempting to comply. Then, the second he makes a code change to the server, I will send a cease and desist as modifying the code is in direct violation of our licensing laws.

I live in Uganda. Which means I can file for an injunction in violation of Ugandan Statute 2.048 for cyber stalking. This injunction will constitute a 1st degree high crime. Should I provide any evidence of a threat to me from SLC, it will constitute a executable by dragging behind a horse level crime in Uganda. Any further violation of the injunction will also constitute a horse draggable offense. Meaning that, should SLC ever decide to travel from Florida to Uganda, he will be arrested for an outstanding warrant and spend time looking at the ground behind a horse in Africa.
