Why we should nerf pistols

As evidenced by several rounds I've seen, several concerned xenos have come to me about the OP weapon that is the M4A3 pistol.

My suggestion, on their behalf, is a hard nerf of the pistol.

How would we do this?

For starters, we could nerf the firing rate.
We could also make it so it "jams".
Finally, I suggest making it so the ammo and weapon, like a .45 can only be requested from Req.

After all, why would a marine have a secondary?

As hilarious as I find it to watch,

The accuracy and damage output is pretty ridiculous,

I'd probably agree with the firing rate nerf, that or nerfing the dual hand use slightly.
