Your primary job is server development, not policing the server. You may be given Moderator-level of access but you should *not* be invoking any administrative actions unless there are no moderators or Admins online. Do you understand? From the barebones look of your application, without examples of previous work, it's impossible to see the detail of work that you can produce, and does not look favourable for you.
I see that you did mark your previous work with "-", but by chance do you have any examples to show us of your work to become a spriter? Git knowledge is needed but easily learned.
Now the large issue is that you seem to not have taken the application seriously as with your gender answer and does not look good for an application.

You mention not having done ss13 development work so far. Do you have non ss13 experience? You dont mention at all if you worked on other stuff.

I play ss13 some more than one year ago , before know about ss13 I used to play SAMP since i was 13 aprox but i stop playing it because the main server i playerd shutdown so i start playing pixel games like cortex command , starbound , escapist 2 , etc and i found ss13 and I started playing , i will tell i didnt started on cm , im playing cm just months ago because i didnt update the byond launcher , i just didnt created because i was playing and no need to create it
