It's against the rules to ban weapons and I guess HEFA is a weapon as well.

I am aware of that but who in hell thinks HEFA's are on the same level as 37's? At best they're a tertiary weapon that looks frankly like it was added to bait noobs into shrapping their own team.

"Oh, I couldn't get HEDP but I got m'hanz on this HEFA shit! That's, like, basically the same, right? What could go wrong?"

EDIT: Instead of M-bombs all round, Wood, you could make better granate in Research.

RO can ban HEFA if he wants until the CO or XO overrule him. Remember that Req is under RO's care, and whatever the RO wants to ban, it will be banned.
