LOL. The flamethrower is a decent weapon if atmos is not fucked it might not burn weeds but it does PERMA damage to aliens that they can't heal from, At least this is what I was told.

I think the main reason people always use flamethrowers is because they're flamethrowers...doesn't matter how bad they are, they spurt fire!! It's the same in other servers! It's like a generic thing, when you start playing SS13 and begin to realise just how many weapons there are, you'll head straight for the one that sounds coolest
