I just thought of this and I'm surprised no one came up with it sooner. Here are the rules

1. state a word that starts with the letter that is at the end of the last word
2. Name a topic the word has to resemble

FOR EXAMPLE:

Bob: Word: Astrology
Topic: animals

Laquisha: Word: Yak
Topic: Colonial Marines

NOW: I will begin,

Word: Arthritis
Topic: Medicine

I see where Unknown is messing up. He's thinking that the topic is the word. The word is the word so you use the ending of the word not the topic. The topic is there to set parameters for what words you can use.
