Let me clarify:

Forum games/One word story/etc = shitposting/spam

Off-topic = Stuff not related to CM such as real life things, discussions about other games, etc.

Yeah, we have an "other games" forum.

Anyway, my thought behind a "shitposting" forum, would be that anything classified as "shitposting" wouldn't count towards post count or be part of the forum search (thus speeding forum search up).
