Odd issues when loading website?

I have been having some super weird problem trying to connect to this website on my desktop(currently using phone.) On both the wiki and colonial marines website I either get a weird white screen where all the information is indented on the left or it does not load at all and gives me a conection timed out error. I have looked all over the internet to try to solve this problem updated a lot of shit but nothing has solved the problem. Super weird I know especially because I can load any other website (except twitch for some reason). I know this isn't really a techy forum but anyone have any ideas?

I really wish it was that simple. Tried that before and it didn't fix anything.
