They probably used a mixture of liquid oxygen, hydrogen and nitrogen for the mix compressed somehow to prevent it to evaporate faster than the person can breath the gas and to decrease the boiling point of the mixture, because the amount of volume transformed per second is proportional to the pressure and the temperature, if you increase the pressure, you'll need to apply more "heat" or temperature to a compound in order to boil it, by the way, nice invention (if it works like they say, which i don't belive, but meh)
