They are both the same person using different accounts at the same time, reason?
Is fairly easy to answer, both of their names start with the letter... "X"

I knew it... there's no way someone can be that robust and NOT and NPC. What other secrets do they hide in there... is Boris actually a Russian bear disguised as a marine, the world may never know.
