So here's a topic for suggestions as to how the UKCM would be different from the USCM. I'll start it off with the CL probably being replaced by either a church type or an envoy of his/her majesty. And top hats shaped helmets.

ERTS:

Freelancer - I'm torn about this. Chavs, maybe?
PMCs - The British Army. They answer to Her Majesty's envoy first but primarily are there to serve the kingdom.
Dutch's Dozen - The Arthurian Warband (that's also the name of a political party IRL). Each would be named after a night of King Arthur with the purpose of valiantly slaying all the aliens. The only higher priority would be the safety of survivors.
Alternate Dutch's Dozen - Blackadder's Brothers. A band of men under Captain the Lord Blackadder, here to talk about killing aliens but to avoid combat at all costs. Each would be named after a character from the show and would have to behave like them (Flashheart would be the only one going in for action).
Pizza - Tea Delivery. Or Space Nandos.
Bears - Baguettes. A fearsome band of soldiers from across the channel trying to seize the HMS Sulaco
Death Squad - Space MI6. Their purpose is to defend the kingdom by eliminating any trace of alien life.

YES! This should already be a thing for British marines in the USCM to allow for their cultural traditions.
