Turned off MOTHER again yesterday after admins decided to test out an EMP on the RO's office, which destroyed his mech and set back the entire operation by 12 minutes, which made everyone mad at the RO to the point as the CO I went in there and told everyone to calm down and that it was MOTHER's fault for the setback, all Sulaco staff seemed pretty happy with this decision. Everything was fine and dandy until I send a report to USCM HC telling them about their stupid AI being dumb and needing a Specialist to come fix it's broken programming.

USCM HC responded with a message from it's Chief Engineer saying that bombing my RO with an EMP was MOTHER's best idea to date, I sent him back a message that essentially boiled down to "How fucking retarded can you be, you set our operation back 12 minutes and almost caused a mutiny", there was no reply, I told the Sulaco staff to disregard USCM HC's Chief Engineer's message and told the men I sent a message to the Engineer telling him to get his shit together. No Specialist was sent and MOTHER was never turned back on.

Then all of a sudden I'm on my way to the bridge and an SL tells me to drop an OB with no offset, I do so, MOTHER notifies me that I hit three allies and no hostiles, all SL's either refuse to tell me what happened or just don't know why the SL asked for the OB, I notify them to inform me of why and where future OB's will be launched before launching them. THEN IT HITS ME, I TURNED MOTHER OFF DIDN'T I? HOW IS IT BROADCASTING? MUH IMMMMERRRRSHHHUNNNNNN!

MOTHER went on to break immershun and make announcements further on into the round, it was genuinely dissapointing, if admuns were gonna continue to use MOTHER they could've at least sent the Specialist from USCM HC I asked for to turn her back on...

I think you mean, Brittish-Cripple CO, and after I told him to work faster he complained about MOTHER, I told him I'd turned her off for that, nobody really explained to me at all what the RO had been doing, like, none of the marines in RO, or the MP in RO, or the RO himself.

So I went back to slowly moving around and dying from self-induced toxin build up, pretending I was dying from space-lung-cancer.
