Bug Description:
Nothing happens. I tried a normal helmet, and a broken medic helmet. Both the new dragging method and the old open panel method was tried, neither works. I can restock ammo, so it's not that I couldn't figure out the new method.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Drag helmet onto vendor.
2. Nothing happens.
Helmets can't be restocked into vendor.
