Bug Description: I've noticed this happening twice, I've tried to reattach a head. The third step of the procedure will always fail the first time, but be fine after that.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Find someone with a missing head.
2. Begin head reattachment surgery.
3. The third step of the surgery, being the second fixovein, should fail.
Wondering if the somewhat recent medical background rewrite might have something to do with this?
