Bug Description: When i'm beheaded as a Marine (Happend more than usually) I find myself unable to talk in dead chat. Or talk at all.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Get beheaded.
2. ???
3. Profit

This is already in confirmed bugs, I made a bug about it like 4 or 5 months ago.
