Bug Description: when using a flip table for cover you can perform surgery on oneself.


Steps to reproduce:
1.Stand next to a flipped table
2.use a marine combat knife or scalpel to cut open chest.
3.profit

Tbh, I think self-surgery should be a thing.

It's been done in the past and it's really pretty neat.
