Riot Shields block Ravager Charges 100%

Bug Description: As a ravager, charging at anyone with a riot shield will do nothing to the person on the other end will not be pushed back or hit. I have spoke to a couple of staff and it seems to be a bug rather than a feature.


Steps to reproduce:
1.Be a ravager
2. Catch someone with a riot shield and charge at them
3. Watch in awe as nothing happens
4. Try to do the research and realize this isn't physically possible
5. Die

Yeah its a bug, its kind of supposed to be a chance, but it seems bugged
