Bug Description: You can't pull the roller bed from the Ice Colony medbay at normal speed, and can't buckle someone to it.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to the Ice Colony medical clinic (Clinic Storage)
2. Try to pull a roller bed and buckle somone to it.
3. ???

im fairly sure i reported this day one, its to do with the fact the planet beds arent real, i assume placeholders that were never replaced
