Bug Description: Cargo tugs can be used as the ultimate ladder peeking strat. Once you're on it, you can climb up the ladder without a tug and shoot freely without moving. When trying to walk, you get warped down the ladder without any delay, and can drive off on a tug like a total badass.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Find a tug, rev it up and find a ladder.
2. Climb up, shoot like an absolute madman just to notice aliens are coming.
3. Move in any direction to teleport out of their way like an absolute madman you are.
