This place would be so much better if marines were replaced with cyborgs, atleast those would follow orders. assuming there was a rule forcing them to do so...

Re: Bluespace acid
Acid should decay anything on the same tile, so you can take an item away from the acid tile to save it.
However, doing so should damage you proportional to the type of acid it is.
So if its weak acid, you'll get... 10 burn damage?
If its normal acid, 30 burn damage.
And if its strong acid, 60 burn damage (this shit can take down industrial reinforced metal, it should be burning your hand off).
You can, from when I tried it, get around this bluespace acid bug by putting the item you picked up into your backpack then putting it back down when the usual acid duration at which it burns down the item is done with.

Re: Bluespace acid
Not a bug. The acid is going ON the gun. The animation just sticks to the tile due to a BYOND thing. Even if you grab a melting gun, it's still melting

Re: Bluespace acid
If you were to do that, acid would get inside the gun itself and make it unusable. It would also send acid splashing around everywhere.Terran wrote:Just turn the item upside down and shake it.
