Bug Description: Xenos were able to hear the emergency escape shuttle announcement as the humans would see it, maybe during shuttle crash transit but unsure.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Be a xeno
2. Have humans call an emergency escape shuttle and having it accepted.
3. Be a xeno and hear the same message as humans.
3.5. Possibly be on the dropship about to crash in transit to hear it?
