Not bleeding out from getting your limbs cut off

Bug Description:
When having a limb removed from your body via Slashing, knives, ect you cannot bleed out.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Get a human mob
2. Delimb them in a controlled environment
3. ???
4. PROFIT!!!

I believe like all debuffs caused by having high enough damage, this is an RNJesus thing. Which should definitely be changed.

Yeah when your limb is cut off, you literally cannot be damaged in anyway after that limb is gone.

Thats a secret medic trick, btw, in reviving people; though I never use it since I dunno if its bug abusing or not. You can cut someone's limb off and all the damage associated with that limb is gone, hence you can revive people who have damage to any limb except chest / head as long as you cut it off.

I've managed to lose a limb and only been put into yellow, I just got RNJesus'd as a Crusher slashed me like three times and I didn't even notice I was missing my foot till somebody pointed it out to me.
