1. Try to make a rail light via screwdriver on your flashlight when its in your backpack.
2. It leaves a flashlight icon left in your backpack but the actual flashlight is gone.

Bug Description: Making a rail light via the screwdriver + flashlight method while the item is still in your backpack will create a visual bug. You will make the rail light, but the visual of the flashlight being in your backpack stays there while its actually gone. Same with bayonet + cable coil, I believe; didn't test that.
