Bug Description: If you try to use the Dropship shutters, the cockpit ones will not lock down
Steps to reproduce:
1. Get onto a dropship
2. Use the shutter control
3. Watch as the xenos just use the cockpit that didin't lock down for some reason.

I already reported this in the Almayer bug report thread.
