Bug Description: It is literally impossible to get another person over a window frame. Throwing them, trying to put them on it like it was a table, dragging them standing or lying down, nothing works. The only way is to go around or to have the person climb over themselves.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Break a window on the almayer that's in a frame.
2.Try to get a wounded/arrested/sleeping marine over.
3.Fail and look for a way around.
No way to get someone over a window frame
