UI blank pages

Bug Description:
Often when a window opens, it's completely blank. Inlcuding the crew manifest, the "Join the USCM" panel, vendors etc. When it happens, it last for 3-4 new windows, even if I change to a different vendor. Then it starts to work again.

1. Do something that opens a new panel. Sometimes it's completely blank.

I had a bit of pause before the Almayer appeared. I never had this before Almayer. And I often have this nowadays.

Can confirm it happens to me as well. It's horribly annoying and the only fix I found is relogging which doesn't work 24/7 and leaves you exposed.

Cleared Byond cache, still have it sometimes.

I think the new ones were just lag instead and the bug disappeared with the cache clear. This can probably be closed as invalid.
