Marines on cargo tug not affected by certain abilities

Bug Description: When marines are standing on the cargo tug, which there are numerous of on ice planet, certain abilities do not work on them. Haven't been able to test them all but the queen's screech is one that does not work which probably should.


Steps to reproduce:
1. Have marine be on cargo tug
2. Attempt to use ability on him (ex. screech)
3. Marine is immune to ability.

I think the tug also soaks ranged attacks. I was a pred once being chased by two of them, and my attempts to scare off my chasers with blaster fire did nothing to faze them.

It is bad enough being a predator in deep snow, it is another problem when armed men can chase you down with no way to stun them or hurt them from range.

Just remove or ID lock this stupid thing, it brings nothing positive to the game and just serves to shatter immersion what with the shitlers zooming past the FOB with weapons drawn firing with no hands on the steering wheel

screech does work on marines on the cargo tug, you just don't see them fall down because they're buckled in the standing position, like to a chair.

Best way to fight a marine in a cargo tug is to aim for the cargo tug itself or kill the driver/unbuckle him, they are sitting ducks like that for boiler gases
