Runner "hide" verb acts opposite of what it should with regards to plasma accumulation

Bug Description:
If you are a runner and actively hiding, while on weeds you don't accumulate plasma, but off weeds you do. Pretty straightforward.

Steps to reproduce:
1.Be runner, toggle "Hide" on
2.stand on weeds and watch as you don't gain plasma
3.Stand on non weeded tile and watch as you do gain plasma

You also generate plasma if wounded and off weeds. Not sure if this is intended, but they seem related.

Hiding is intended to prevent all plasma recovery so recovering off weeds while hiding is likely a bug
