Summary (a quick, 2-3 sentence summary): Make C4 instagib the person it is attached to upon detonation. Multiple times I have attempted to C4 suicide myself and all that happens is a hand flies of and you go into paincrit. Something that destroys WALLS should definitely be able to gib a person.

Makes suicide by C4 viable and makes logical sense.

Increased damage when attached to a human
Implementation (Optional, if you have an idea how to implement it):
Should be very easy and only require the changing of one or two values.

i belive it does still gib you, (trust me ive done it so many times by accident) but it wont if you're nested.

If it's not a bug, +1 because even with a marine armor on you, a C4 on you is supposed to transform you into a bloody mess upon detonation.
