Hugger pounce doesn't kick in for like the first 30 minutes of a round

Bug Description:
Every round at the start of the game, huggers will not react to hosts upon the opening of an egg. This may SEEM normal, except that there is no cooldown when leaving an egg normally when they are working properly.

Note that the egg DOES open occasionally when a host is dragged close, but the hugger will not move, it even says "It looks active".

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start a round of CM, any map, any character, with any host as a test subject.
2. Spawn and wait for the egg to grow (may only occur with queen-spawned eggs but I'm not 100%.
3. Observe that the hugger will not move, and will only infect the host only when picked up by a drone-caste or the host is dragged over the hugger.

Now I'm concerned beacuse it happens every single game for me.

Am I going insane?

I've waited the full 30 seconds and they just fuck off into the egg again! Did I offend the little shits???

drag the guy around close to it some more, i find that that helps the little guys notice hes there and gets them to latch on

despite my previous post, i have noticed this quite a lot, or sometimes carrier thrown huggers will not jump for hosts at all, and die on the ground. this happenes throughout the round, not just the first 30 minutes.
