Bug Description:
PMC flamethrowers spawn with 2 ammo to 88 pistol, but they don't get the pistol
Steps to reproduce:
1. Become PMC flamethrower
2. find ammo in pockets
3. search for pistol and you can't find it anywhere

cannot confirm directly, however during the UPP events, i spawned as a UPP with .357 ammo, yet didnt spawn with a .357 revolver
